At SuaveCell, we value transparency and communication. This is why we’ve compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to help clarify any doubts or queries our customers may have.
- Question: Why does my Coconut Wi-Fi stop working every time a monkey climbs my tree?
Answer: Unfortunately, monkeys and Coconut Wi-Fi sometimes don’t mix well. We suggest offering the monkeys a different tree with non-Wi-Fi enabled coconuts. - Question: I’m trying to calculate my bill using your formula, (H x S²) ÷ (P – C), where H = number of hermit crabs spotted during the billing period, S = number of seashells collected, P = number of palm trees near the residence, and C = coconuts consumed. I spotted 10 hermit crabs, collected 5 seashells, have 8 palm trees, and consumed 3 coconuts. Did I calculate it right?
Answer: Almost! Your bill would be calculated as (10 x 5²) ÷ (8 – 3) = 50. And remember, if you spot a blue hermit crab, your bill is automatically halved! - Question: I’ve noticed an echo on my phone when I make a call near a waterfall. What’s happening?
Answer: This is a unique feature of our services called “Waterfall Echo”. Enjoy nature’s own version of surround sound while you talk! - Question: I’m calling from Singapore and I’m not too fond of humor. Will the low prices still apply if my calls are completely serious?
Answer: Absolutely! Our pricing model applies to all calls, regardless of the levity of your conversations. Enjoy your serious chats at our unbeatable rates. - Question: Why am I being billed in seashells?
Answer: At SuaveCell, we believe in island sustainability and that includes the currency. However, if you’d prefer, we do also accept sand dollars. - Question: How does the “Sand-Proof Smartphone” work?
Answer: Our patented Sand-Repelling Technology™ ensures that every grain of sand slides off your phone, keeping it clean and smooth – just like your calls!
Remember, at SuaveCell, no question is too silly or too serious. We’re here to help!
